Differences Between Surprise Coins and Bonus Surprise Coins

- Bonus Surprise Coins usually have a 3X - 5x withdrawal requirement.
 
 3X - 5x withdrawal requirement means that players must bet three or five times the amount of the Bonus Surprise Coins they received before they can withdraw them.
 
 Example: If a player gets 10 Bonus Surprise Coins, they must bet a total of 50 Coins to make them withdrawable.
 
- Any prizes earned when betting with Surprise Coins can be withdrawn immediately.

How to Receive Bonus Surprise Coins

- Bonus Surprise coins are given/credited only through promotional codes.
 
- Bonus Surprise coins are also automatically included when buying one of the special mystery boxes shown in our 'Buy Coins' section. (Only if applicable to the client).
 
 Half of the given Surprise coin from these special boxes will be 'Bonus Surprise coins' therefore, a roll over amount of X5 will still apply.
 
 Note that you will not be able to apply any promotional code when buying one of these special boxes. If you try to do so, the system will apply the promotional code but it would also remove the bonus Surprise coins originally included in the box.

- The system will always use Withdrawable coins first when playing. Once your Withdrawable coins have been used, the system would start using your normal (yet to change to withdrawable) Surprise coins.
 
- Bonus Surprise coins are used only after all Withdrawable and normal Surprise coins are spent or after their condition has been met.
