Step-by-Step Purchase Flow
Go to our 'Buy Coins' section
Log in to your ZumbaCards account and click the Buy Coins section.Choose a Mystery box
Select from the available Mystery boxes. The bigger the box, the greater the odds of pulling rare battle cards.You’ll also receive Surprise Coins with every purchase as a free gift.
Enter Payment Details
ZumbaCards accepts Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, Crypto payments and Apple/Google Pay.
Enter your payment method details or wallet number. If a card will be used, make sure your billing address matches the card on file.
Note that payment made via Crypto might take up to 5 working days to be received
Confirm and Pay
Review the order, then click confirm. If successful, your battle cards will be added to your collection shortly. Surprise Coins will also appear in your balance.Get Your Receipt
You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation.
ZumbaCards also sends an email receipt for every purchase.
Your full purchase history (bundle, date, amount, status) is stored under My Account > Purchase History.

Failed Payments
If a payment is declined:
Double-check your card or wallet details.
Ensure your bank authorizes the transaction.
Contact your bank or try another card/method.
If the issue continues, reach out to ZumbaCards Support by sending an email to '[email protected]'. Emails sent to this email address are handled and replied to from Monday through Friday.
Charged for a failed payment
If you were charged for a failed transaction/payment:
Please allow 2–5 business days for the funds to be returned to your payment method.
Banks or card providers often temporarily hold funds from declined transactions for security reasons, which is why this delay can occur.
If the funds are not returned after this period, please provide a bank statement showing the charge as proof.
If the transaction was attempted using Crypto, kindly send us proof of the charge and also include your Wallet / Ethereum ID.
