How to withdraw Surprise coins

Redeeming Surprise Coins (SC) is a simple process: request a withdrawal, pass verification, and receive your payout.

Step 1: Meet Requirements

  • Make sure you meet the minimum withdrawal limit of 100 SC.

  • Make sure the Surprise Coins you want to withdrawal are eligible / withdrawable coins.

  • You must complete account verification (KYC) before your first redemption.

Step 2: Submit a Withdrawal Request

  • Log in → Click the 'Buy Coins' → Withdraw.

  • Choose the amount of withdrawable Coins you want to cash out.

Step 3: Choose Your Payout Method

ZumbaCards currently offers two main options:

  • Bank Transfer (ACH): Funds are sent directly to your bank account. Usually arrives in 2–5 business days including approval.

  • Paypal and Venmo: Usually arrives in 2–5 business days including approval.

  • Kindly note that we do not support withdrawals via Crypto and cards. Note that we are working to introduce these option soon.

Step 4: Verification Check

  • If you haven’t verified yet, ZumbaCards will require you to complete KYC at this stage.

  • You’ll need to upload a valid photo ID, proof of address, and follow the instructions from our third party verification service, Veriff.

  • Without a successful verification, your redemption request will fail.

Step 5: Wait for Processing

  • Most payouts are processed within 2-5 working days, but allow up to 10 business days in rare cases (e.g., large prizes or bank delays).

Step 6: Receive Your Prize

  • Bank transfers will show up in your account once cleared by your bank.

Conditions which might prevent you from requesting a Withdrawal:

  • Only one withdrawal request can be made per 72 hours.

  • A withdrawal can only be requested 24 hours after bonus coins/a promotion has been applied.

Taxes & Responsibilities

You’re responsible for reporting winnings on your taxes. If your yearly redemptions exceed $600, ZumbaCards may request your SSN and issue a 1099-MISC form as required by U.S. law.
